This is an incredibly important film that really should be viewed by as many people as possible. The people who think global warming is a myth are going to find it very difficult to try and deny anything they see in this film. It’s evidence. Whether or not the earth is heading for impending doom is going to be debated for a long time but those who say the glaciers are fine are in for a nice surprise. The glaciers are disappearing at an alarming rate. The film chronicles the life of these glaciers over the course of three years. The results are shocking. There is some remarkable imagery in the filming two incredible shots of “calving”. It’s an amazing sight. I highly suggest watching this. People should know how important and telling these glaciers are going to be in the future.

Couldn’t agree with you more. I initially read about James Lablog back in 2009 when Nat Geo ran a huge issue dedicated to water. Never before has anyone done such a concrete expose of the melting polar ice caps. I loved the documentary itself because you can actually see his passion radiating from him and his work. Great review, this is definitely a must see!
