Any film with Dustin Hoffman, Laurence Olivier, and Roy Scheider in it has to be amazing. It wasn’t amazing but it was very enjoyable. The story is hard to describe without getting into spoilers but let’s just say that it involves spies, nazis, and being at the wrong place at the wrong time. It’s a straight thriller that lags in some places but has an absolutely amazing torture scene with Olivier and Hoffman. Seriously, it was great. Plus, one of my favorite cinematographers of all time, Conrad L. Hall, shot this film and it showed. Gorgeous shots were had. I liked teh film guys.
